Yesterday I booked a car with a pick up location at Market Street. After our arrival to the point there was no car. We were told that we should have payed before even though on the website was clearly said that payment is acceptable during pickup. In addition to this, if we decided to take a car from another location they told us 30$ transfer fee plus more expensive price than it was ordered by the website. Eventually we were left without any transportation. Very disappointing..

Great service and prices. Provided easy airport pickup and drop off since they do not have an onsite office. Reliable island car with no issues.

Very accommodating, they will pick you up or drop the vehicle off at your location. Very good service, very reasonable prices. Extending the rental was super-easy. I will say however make sure you check all the lights work, and that there is a spare tire, jack and tire-wrench as I had a flat and although there was a spare tire, there was no jack or tire-wrench.

Great service and cars. Reasonable rates. Only issue is that they are very hard to find - Google Maps is not clear and their sign is not at the road and is small. They deliver, so that is a better option I suggest. If easier to find, 5 stars for sure.

Shift Rental cars is by far the most reliable and efficient service to date in the Bahamas. The staff and business operator are undeniably professional. The cars are fuel efficient and clean.

Rented a car from them for 2 days and it was a really good experience. Only improvement is that they need to be easier to find as even the local taxi driver did not know where they were located.
