Very convenient. Strategically located in a way that you can explore the entire island more easily. Restaurant onsite. Did not get to eat there but everybody seems to like it, especially the pizza. Rooms are comfortable and reasonably priced. My room came with mini fridge, microwave, toaster and coffeemaker. Do not leave food outside as ants, and sometimes mice may come out. Also, power outages appear to be normal when it rains, so be prepared. Beautiful property. Friendly staff. Parking.

We showed up without a reservation on a reservation only night . They served us cold beers and were able to get us a table. Food was the best we've had on the island, pizza was excellent (and we know our thin crust pizza). They have an excellent and affordable wine selection ( as compared to the rest of the island) . Great for families !

Great location. Very, very nice staff and a great kitchen! You can't go wrong with the food here. Two heads up: The otherwise beautiful dining experience can be abruptly interrupted with annoyed kids walking around the restaurant banging on loud instruments. Really annoying. And the rooms could use some sprucing up (dead roach in the corner) and modernization (fridge didn't work).

Great pizza on Monday night with live music. Relaxed, comfortable atmosphere, yet about the closest we came to a "fancy" night out on Eleuthera.

Small tidy quarters with kitchenet (fridge, sink, microwave, toaster, coffee machine), toilet, sink and bathtub with shower. If you plan to spend more than a night, then bring provisions with you for that night. You can't cook because there is no hotplate or stove. So bring only food you can warm in the microwave. Rooms are small round 360 angle-huts with each hut divided into halves: one room efficiency in each half. Wifi is available but be prepared for down time. AC is available but very loud since walls are of thin sheetrock slabs. NO TV so don't expect to find one. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner but these were not included in our price. Just find out the day(s) they don't. The premise is also well groomed but the view of the ocean is some thing to long for being so close. It is like a tease You cannot access the beach from here because there is none!!!! Either enjoy the Baby Pool onsight or get a vehicle and drive to the nearest public beach - where ever it may be. The 3 Stars is because it offers little for the price you pay.

The owner's son is a bonefish guide. Nothing special about the accommodations.
