The most beautiful beach I ever been. Make sure you sunbathe at Garden Lane, entry point. You look at the best views. If you walk along to the end, you are looking back at the huge Atlantis, too big and am awful blight to the landscape

We visited Paradise Island during our cruise layover.
Pros:
Beautiful water color. You can see fishes swimming through water.
Lot of power sports options available.
Cons:
There's a stiff slop! If you walk 2 feet further, you go 3 feet down. Not safe at all with small kids.
Being it number one tourist destination of Bahamas, it's VERY crowded. Beach is 2 mils long, and you'll have people from 3 cruise with you in that 2 miles!
Local vendors are very pushy, rude (and scary sometimes)!

If you want to enjoy a peaceful time at beach, this should not be on your list at all!

This island is absolutely beautiful. The beaches are pure white sand and crystal clear waters. If you make it to the North part of the beach to the east of Atlantis, beware of cocaine Peddler's everywhere. However, there is a nice old lady named big mama who, for $10 will give you a coconut with free refills of rum and whatever mixer you choose. The food here is absolutely outstanding

Great if you're rich or just want to come for a day to sightsee. Very beautiful island, however, I would not stay here again since it's so cut off from the main land. You have to get here by ferry or taxi so be prepared to spend. Very pretty clear water.

A nice place to visit or have dinner. Tourists will like it for its many attractions such as water slides, swimming with dolphins, gambling, many artists who performs over there. A lot for kids to do as well , Club Rush, Kids Club, that entertains the kids all day and night as well. Many restaurants to dine from and walking through Marina Village for ice cream or just to take a stroll.

Good for family vacations
Ever since you check in to any hotels of the paradise hotels complex
Wether you use or not you will be charged daily resort fee, so keep cool and enjoy

At one time their aquarium was one of a kind in tank design Then along came the Atlanta, Georgia Aquarium!!

One of thee best experiences of OUR LIVES!
If you ever get the the change to go,GO!
I spent a week in the Bahamas, and it wasn't enough time to get through all of the towers. Atlantis is beautiful. We stayed in the Coral tower. We plan on going back and staying in all the towers(total 4-7). The staff was very friendly. The food is delicious. Just be aware of VAT=value added tax in addition to the 15% gratuity AUTOMATICALLY added to every meal. All in all, it was AMAZING!
