Two loud Bahamians yelling at the manager. At least its a newly built restaurant as opposed to others in old buildings (Subway, Burger King). Fiance said do not enter the bathroom.

I went here for the bigmac deal that was going and twice in the same location i got a bigmac that was terrible. Some spots where cold and the cheese was not even melted. This was a big waste of time and money. But it was the o ly place open that took card.so had no choice.

Bad service, mistakes in every order, the food looks like somebody sat on it and compressed it, and the cashier gives wrong change, and does not understand clearly spoken english. Half of the customers have to be assisted by the manager that is not really paying much attention.

I love their Big Mac!!! Not a fan of their fries, but Quarter Pounder and Big Max I love. The service is good, could be better at times a little more friendly too.

Went to the place to get some food and was the worst experience ever I had at McDonald's the customer service is the worst I mean the worst I am on vocation and you ask them for something they just ignore you and just as if you not there. I will never go there again and would not recommend it.

A tradition in the City of Nassau. It was built to service the Tourist trade and local workers in the downtown area. Always in enjoyed the service and food the coffee was always great.

Very crowded location with very slow service and a lot of miscommunication and mistakes on orders. It was packed with locals as there are no affordable places to eat in this tourist-focused area. It was quite dirty (but nearly everywhere in the area is as well). There were very few tables (possibly some more upstairs but we never looked), and the men's restroom looked to be closed for many hours or days. This tells me that there is a high demand for more chain and fast food joints or at least affordable food in the area.

The employees on many occasions just disregard the few people in the store and just talk, but they do have few workers who do a good job and are nice. The store itself is gorgeous but the line are almost always long. Foods ok

You can actually get an inexpensive meal in Nassau! We stopped for breakfast, parking is horrendous but inside is clean and quick service. They do have a few items unique to the Bahamas you can't get in the states so that was cool.

The management and staff are always alert and willing to offer quality service. One occasion I was waiting an employee asked me if I had a good day. Trust me, that changed my day! Thank you McDonald's
