Beautiful, serene tranquility with a nice cool northwestern breeze and lots of scenery. Beach access and pool with a fair amount of chances to glimpse native wildlife. Restaurant has seating area overlooking a beautiful river with lots of fish to see play twice daily whirlpool that occurs in the lake

Great food and the best part is you can watch the fish from their deck while your food is being prepared. We didn't the entire time looking at all the fish in the reef at the edge of the hotel. We had cracked conch and fish fingers. Both were delicious.

This hotel is a GEM! Sheila is wonderful and she can hook you up with anything you need. Plus she is an amazing cook! The rooms are clean and neat while the location is pretty convenient. If you're looking to Kayak, snorkel, dive, fish etc, the location is perfect. Let Sheila know about your travel plans and car rental if need be. A tip - this island's sandflys and mosquitoes get vicious at twilight, make sure to carry a bug spray and itch relief.
