My wife bought a watch from the Freeport store yesterday, tried to return it today because the face clouded with humidity. The lady (manager) said nothing was wrong when it was obviously clouded and was very rude about it. Disappointed with the service, had been a fan of the store prior and had shopped there for 10+ years.
