  First time I went in there, I was given "tourist" pricing for package of water as I noticed the locals shopping being quoted prices different from me. I was already aware that prices cost more on the island, but with no pricing sticker you are subject to what you are told. I will say the people were friendly that were working. Second time I went in there, there I asked a question and was pointed in the direction in which to get it else where. Because of this and the people being friendly, I am giving this rating.
