  We rent every year from Hopetown Hideaways and have always received exceptional personalized care during every step of the process. They have the best houses and the staff is always available to answer questions or take care of any issues while on the island. Special thanks to Steve who is always ready to help with a smile throughout your whole stay!

  be careful before booking with Hope Town Hideaways
  
  Our experience in booking with Hope Town Hideaways was rather unpleasant. We got a confirmation with specific details when to arrive which deviated from our original plan. We booked our flights accordingly and then received a cancelation.
  
  This lead to an email chain for over two months. Hope Town Hideaways did not take responsibility for this and left us stuck with the money we lost due to this.
  
  We are talking about a few hundred dollars compared to the thousands they charge for staying at the house/their services.
  
  As we are entering the third month and both parties still do not take responsibility, I would like to make everybody aware of these problems who considers booking with Hope Town Hideways. Even a confirmed booking does not mean that you will get your accommodation.

  I can not say enough of the level of service we received. Truly a five star operation.
  Upon our arrival one of our televisions was not working in the upstairs bedroom . I saw the Hope Town Hideaways owner on the ferry and told him about the situation. When we got back from our amazing day of boating a brand new television was being installed. Just does not get any better than that.
  Abaco Vistas was an amazing house and we had the time of our life.

  We booked a last minute trip and stayed at Aerie Cottage. The house and amenities were great. The house staff and people at the office were first class. They arranged every detail for us.
