Very clean and well kept. Rooms come equipped with fridge, safe, microwave and plenty of outlets for all your charging needs. Located right on the ocean with amazing views. You can see cruise ships entering and leaving the port. There is also a pool with a pool bar that has an exit leading just steps to the sandy beach. Great bang for the buck!

This is more of a business hotel. Rooms are small but very well equiped and very clean. Everything is new. Breakfast is simple but fair. There is a good sized pool - didnt get the chance to try but looks OK.

Very nice hotel. Beach across the street an hotel has beach lounges to use. 5 minute walk to downtown. Cruise ships sail right by the beach. Hotel is all remodeled and recently reopened. The #10 bus will pick you up right in front of this hotel and take you most anywhere along the waterfront and to Cable beach for $1.25 per person. Just ask the drivers where they go. Very helpful.

If I could give lower stars, I would.
Don’t stay here unless you absolutely have to.
#1- if you’re planning on sleeping IN, or sleeping at all, don’t even think about it. It sounds like NYC at night. Honking, music blaring, people screaming, it’s awful.
#2-THEY PUT US IN THE WRONG ROOM. We walk into a room with people already in it, and had to go back downstairs and get the right key.
#3- GO TO LONG ISLAND, BAHAMAS. That’s where the real peace and tranquility lies in the bahamas. I’m never going back to Nassau except for my connecting flight (which is why we were there).

In a city of high priced hotels, it's nice to have one beachfront at a reasonable price. The hotel was recently renovated, so it's overall in good condition. However, due to high humidity, the rooms feel a tad "damp" and the stairwell has a bit of a smell. It's really not bad, it's a place to sleep in a convenient location central between the Fish Fry and downtown Nassau.

If all you plan on doing here is sleeping then this is the place for you.

Pros: great location, right across the street from the beach, five minute walk from downtown and five minute walk from fish fry in other direction. Staff was all very nice. Rooms are a standard hotel room and were clean. Breakfast was a standard continental breakfast. Fitness room was only a few machines but they were nice and clean.

Cons: sits on a main intersection so traffic is extremely noisy. Expect to hear incessant honking throughout the day. Very skimpy on towels. There were no towels at the pool the entire time we were here and you can’t take bath towels to the pool. The pool bar isn’t open when the pool is open. The beach towel station seemed to open whenever it pleased and the staffer wasn’t always there. Our room cleaning came at a completely different time every day so I never knew when to expect them and one occasion my room didn’t get cleaned because she showed up at 9am when I was still getting ready for the day (had been coming between 12-1 the days prior). Mid-way through the week and I was told they were out of conditioner.

Overall this place is fine. If you’re looking for a clean, cheap place to sleep, go for it. But if you’re looking for anything more than the bare basics, go somewhere else.

Plastic Plates and Cutlery for Breakfast annoying and ran out of fresh milk for cereals at breakfast this morning Tuesday January 16 2018.
Good location near to downtown . On the front with sea views. Small private garden with pool and small gym.
Rooms are clean and adequate, was well valeted today but coffee not replenished for the coffee maker in the room .
Decent air conditioning, fridge tv, bluetooth speaker for playing mp3 music with alarm clock radio and microwave cooker. Room does not now smell this might have been fresh paint from renovations in 2017?

It's ok not bad but can be better. The rooms smell a bit, they charge for parking on top of room cleaning fees which is about $40. Close to beach and town. They offer free breakfast.they should have water vending machines on each floor, you need water you need to go down and if you are lucky they will have bottle water to purchase.

Good location: 5 minutes walking from downtown and just on the other side of Junkanoo Beach. Rooms are spacious and clean and include a microwave, a refrigerator, a TV and a safer. Good hot breakfast. Friendly staff.

Brand new hotel, fully renovated from an old one. As November 2017 only the first 4 floors are done and ready. Breakfast is OK, location is great and management is kind and professional. I had a great experience.
