Very nice and you can dock your boat right outside. Look for the free slips or you'll be paying about $1 a foot to park.

The family and I have been eating and visiting Green Turtle YC for over 20 years now. The food is always great and the staff is always there to please. This island is rich in history and ripe with the Bahamas culture. Though the years they have adapted with the times while holding true to there roots. One of the best YC is the world and we have seen a few..

Nice colonial type atmosphere with a good menu, lovely inside wooden paneled bar..service can be on the slow side, especially in high season

This resort is quite the distance from the Marsh Harbor airport. Stayed here two separate times and the first room was very outdated, old, and such. Coffee machine had no filters, the phone was not working, tv was small. The second time we stayed here, the room was actually a significant improvement. Not sure if they were renovating the place during our first visit. The beach is not far away and there are a couple of restaurant options nearby. Some even have live Bahamian music.
Many people between the ages of 40-60 stay here. Plus, there is a golf course!
This is not a luxurious hotel whatsoever though. Just keep an open mind when visitng the Bahamas ☺

Our family has visited 3 times over the last 4 years and our experience has been very consistent, in a word, perfect. The view from our room is breathtaking, the food is spectacular and the staff is incredible. In all my travels I have never encountered a staff that was more friendly, helpful, and just all around nice. Thank you Green Turtle Club for the great memories, I hope to make many more in the future.

Three visits over a ten year span and I hope to return. The marina staff have always made us feel at home. The island has wonderful beaches, a beautiful reef on the ocean side, and this marina in White Sound offers great protection. A long walk or a short golf cart ride and you can be in New Plymouth for fresh food, a library, and some small museums.

Beautiful resort with fabulous amenities! We stayed a week and had incredible service at the docks. There's a convenience store & restaurant on site that are worth while too!

Good potential. The staff is a joke. There was one bar tender, Bianca, who deserves a 5 star rating. Other than that everyone is pretty disfunctional. Rooms are clean and in ok condition but could definitely use some fix ups and tlc. Meals take a good 45 to 1 hour which is OK because your on island time. Just be sure to plan ahead. Make sure you book a golf cart before you come (it would be nice if they told you that when booking.) There is no transportation unless you rent a cart. They were sold out when I got there. The walk to town is about 3.2 miles one way. On your day leaving make sure you book an afternoon flight. The ferry from gtc leaves at 10. The resort told me the ferry leaves at 7:30 but failed to mention that it leaves at 7:30 from town but guess what no transportation. Very strange. this place could be awesome but they have lots of really minor issues that could easily be resolved. Nevertheless I won't be coming back. Lots of better places to visit in the Bahamas and better accommodations on green turtle.

We had dinner at the restaurant and was only able to sit outside because we needed to have a collared shirt. The outside area had nets and fans so it wasn't so bad but bugs definitely got through.

We ordered drinks and dinner with the waitress, who was really nice and helped us get substitutions in our meals. The food was not the greatest. I had the red noodle curry with chicken instead of seafood. The chicken was great but the sauce was bland and the noodles were not cooked enough. The others said their meals were mediocre as well. For as much as it cost, you would think it would have been on par with the price.

We had to use the bathroom which was nice enough but for some reason, had NO air conditioning. It was disgustingly hot and we had to get out quickly. I found it odd that a bathroom inside the air conditioned building was so hot!

Beware this area has soooooooooooooo many mosquitos!

Where to start? This place is beautiful! From the local citizens to the glorious employees, my stay was flawless. I Traveled with a group of friends and we were able to have our rooms next to each other. The food here is a 10/10, don't forget the delicious cocktails provided as well! Very calm location, with lots of onsite amenities. Coming back soon for sure.
