  Ok I haven't taken the ferrey. BUT Right past he ferry at the very point of the cove is probably the best place to snorkel on the whole island. You can cliff jump here and the amount an variety of fish is awesome! Literally the most diverse spot of sea life I found while I was there. The down side it's not a beach at all but you can easily climb back up the cliff and jump of all day. Not super high but at least 30-40 feet but hard to judge bc water is all clear! struggles of being in the Bahamas. But really a great place to enjoy the day and if you hit it at the right one the perfect place to watch the sunset!!
