The locals say the pizza is GREAT, it's not. The grouper was delicious. Cracked conch was yummy.

Food was good but watch the bar staff. One person said one thing about the cost of a drink but then the bill said otherwise. Nice bar location. For boaters lots of rocks and concrete slabs in the water around the dinghy dock.

We stayed in Rock sound for 7 days back in June 2017. Out of all the bars and grills we dined at, Frigates was by far my favorite. Great food, beautiful view, very personable employees. Highly recommended.

Authentic Bahamian with a twist. Can not go wrong with the food, island drinks all overlooking the waterfront. Favorite - cracked conch and grilled fish of the day.
