Freedom Baptist Academy is a ministry of Freedom Baptist Church. The school opened it to the public on September 6, 1999. This was the fulfillment of the vision of Pastor Vincent A Major and Mrs. Vinzina C Major. the school began with the kindergarten department. On the first day of school there were 12 students in attendance. Today the school has kindergarten through grade twelve
