Nice piece of history less than 30 minute walk from the cruise port for the able bodied or 7 minute taxi. Inexpensive entry fee, nice views of the sea and a lot of history to learn about the fort and Nassau. If you read everything plan to spend about an hour or so. There are restrooms.

Awesome place to learn the history of the island, see the bunkers and tunnels used during the times, and how they got water from the barrels and lived in cramped quarters. Our female guide was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

Historical site. Display holding cells and cannon guns that were used to protect the ports.

Very interesting place to learn about some of local history. Guides are OK, but more detailed information available on the various displays around the fort. They also do a good live show of marching garrison soldiers.

My family and I did the Nassau Native Quest here and had an absolute blast! It was so much fun and we were so happy we chose this one.

We arrived just before they fire the cannon, so it was a treat. Great views, interesting tour. We self guided, but heard bits of the guided tour, and it seemed well done.

Great place to see views of Nassau from the top of the fort. Tour guides are very knowledgeable and the tour is interesting. The grounds are well kept, there are public restrooms and a place to purchase some water or snacks.
