Make sure you check Effy website. I bought some pendants from the manager. He said that was the cheapest he could go and they were $100 cheaper online. Buyer beware.

Unbelievable. As I was contemplating an 8,000$ sapphire bracelet my cousin sent me a text of her newly born daughter so I looked at my phone to text her back and the saleswoman yelled "excuse me" like how dare I take a text. I looked up in disbelief and said "what?" and she said it again with a dirty look. I held up a finger to indicate I needed to finish my text response and she said "ma'am" impatiently so I told her she was being rude and as the manager came over she tried to act astonished. I left in total disbelief and shock. I can only imagine she is new and clueless. Jewelry purchases are not a rushed process. Anyways the other store down the street sold me a lovely blue diamond tennis bracelet I liked better.

Amazing staff!!! I went into the store knowing what I wanted and the beautiful young lady (I am terrible with names) who helped me seemed to read my mind! She showed me several rings and now I have "the most gorgeous ring," that I wear every single day!!!!
