  I have purchased many pieces of jewelry at Diamonds International and have never had a problem. Just went back to Nassau last week and purchased another crown of light ring. Just to mention a few names that made my purchase better than ever was Terrinique and Shanaya, were very sweet and very helpful. I had them running back and forth between the stores to find me my special piece. Not to mention Sinthia and how she got the price to what my husband agreed too. I love the store - thanks to everyone!

  We bought my engagement ring here and we went in with our cruise shopping rep. The person we worked with was patient and listened to what I was really looking for after pushing their crown of light (which I didn't really like persoanlly). however never asked what our budget was which was important to us and mostly why we went there based on what our cruise rep told us. I felt they really pushed over priced items WAY too much and was very much into giving us beer (probably to help with their sales). I had wish negotiations was easier and I wasn't heckled to spend as much as I was. The good thing is we brought the price down more then 50%. When there was an imperfection with my ring they were quick in resolving the issue which I liked, no questions asked. If your thinking of going, have a set item you like in mind and dont be afraid to negotiate bc all their prices are super inflated. Overall I'm happy with what i went home with.

  You may have to bargain to get better prices. Huge selection on jewels and watches. Not so cheap.
