Man Idk why people is bad mouth dhl Bahamas but I had an awesome experience with them ! I had to receive a very important letter from my bank I used dhl and got this letter within 3 days from the us !

Nice area once you find it. There is mainly one lady out front but she is very helpful and she serves you with a smile. I would recommend them just because of her. Just be prepared to wait a short while.

They don’t answer there phones. We have had US visas that have been processed and ready for collection for 3 business days from the embassy. The embassy sent us confirmation they are ready to pick up DHL, but where are they.

I am Shivana Dabiesingh, as I type this, I am extremely upset. I find it highly disappointing that I am being charged double the cost of a few used items that was purchased years ago. I recently moved to Nassau and had some used personal items shipped from my home country Trinidad, a used watch worth $30 and two night gowns worth $10. My brother paid around $50usd in Trinidad to ship. When it came here I was thinking well maybe I would pay around $20 to clear those few minimal items. DHL, however, is now telling me I have to pay $60 to collect my package. This is highly unacceptable, I mean my used items that was purchased 2 years ago I am now having to pay triple of what it is worth nowNever again I am shipping anything via DHL.

I have always liked DHL as a courier service from the Out Island Traders Building days but as the drop off and pickup point for US visas, they have to figure out a faster way to get people in and out of the building, maybe using a bar code reader or scanner when customers arrive so things can move quicker. Gotta think about process management and the like

I came here an hour before they opened and the employees who came early were very polite. They ask me what my purpose was and help me out with a smile. Not one frawn was shown even tho it was in the morning. I handled my business and could head out asap. Thank you for the quick anf friendly service.
