We did not stay at the hotel but did visit for breakfast. the food was great considering you are on a relatively remote island. It is rather pricey especially when you consider the size of the portions. Still, the hotel was located at a very nice location and we would consider staying here in the future.

Absolute Paradise! Gorgeous rooms, beautiful pink sand beach, friendly people. Rent a golf cart and explore the island. Can’t wait to return.

What can you say? Harbor Island, ocean front dining with good food but just horrible service. Our poor waiter was so lost. The owner and his guests were there having lunch and even they had to get their own drinks at the bar. Granted it was new years eve lunch and almost every other place on the island was closed to set up for the evening's festivities so it might have been an isolated situation due to the huge influx. It was swamped as was everywhere else that was open.

Very nice resort on the beach. View for the lunch restaurant is awesome. View for the dinner restaurant is set back a bit but still good.

Hair in bed which probably means the sheets were not changed. Hair in breakfast which means management is not effective. The facilities are nice and well appointed. Sadly, again management let's us down by not spraying for pests in the rooms. Never fun finding bugs in the washroom or an army of ants on the balcony.

The beach and views and general grounds are beautiful. It really is a shame the owners don't focus on the service experience more to lift the hotel to a 4 star which it could be

Great beach but not as good as the old club med beach in goveners harbor. The food was not great. The promised free continental breakfast was packaged food from the shelves a grocery store but of course you could pay extra ($15 +) to have eggs or French toast.
The one thing that bothered me most was that when I would buy an expensive drink ($12 +) it would come out off a pre mixed giant jug.

It was absolutely beautiful, everything was pricey though. No one haggled you and everyone was very nice, even the locals. It was the best vacation I've ever had and I can't see how any other vacation could top this one.
