Definitely my least favorite area out of our entire trip. The experience felt slower and ruder when compared to the rest of the island. Aside from the stingrays, it didn't feel like it was worth the money.

This place is perfect for get togethers and friendly meet-ups. If you like Volleyball or dominoes, grab a spot mid afternoon. Great food and beverage at the bar. Listen to the net daily on channel 72 at 8am.

Chat 'N' Chill is amazing! You can rent your own personal boat from Mims watersports, or take a water taxi over to stocking Island. They have phenomenal food. The highlight of the island is all of the stingrays swimming up to you.

It's OK. Island expected super slow service. But a MUST visit at least once. But just watch out for the ripoff taxi service (they say you pay $15 round-trip but charge another $10 to get back to Georgetown anyway). So, bottom line, it was $100 taxi for 4 to go have a drink and hang out on another beach. If low tide permits, you Must walk to the Atlantic side to see those incredible views.

Great place to hang out for the day. You can feed the sting rays here. Beware, bartenders can be slow and rude at times, not always but they have their moments. If you can, take your own drinks however they have signs that it’s not allowed but they don’t own the beach. You can hike on a trail behind the bar to the outer beach which is a short and easy hike. Overall, something you should do for at least one day on your trip. Picture is of Elvis’s water taxi which will get you there. As long as it stays afloat.

Located on a beautiful beach, on Stoking Island, Exumas - et there by taxi-boat from Georgetown - this bar-grill delivers delicious meals, grilled meats, great conch salade and fishes, well served cocktails, served by nice bartenders. Paradise-like place we loved. A must be, as well for one to swim with stingrays, waiting to stroke feet, just at the sea shore close the restaurant.

Wish I found this place sooner! Great place. They take credit cards, hiking trails near here are best at low tide. Reasonable prices. Stingrays swim up to you near the conch shack!

Very popular and easy to get to by boat. Usual mediocre Bahamian fare at high prices. Go for the ambiance and people not the food.

Busy as hell on Xmas Eve, but they were friendly and treated us well. The fish with peas and rice was the best I've had in the Bahamas.

Unfriendly, rude and arrogant. Young lady on the bar gave us not enough change back (10$!) and I had to wait because she didn't react as I tried to talk to her. They weren't busy so she was just ignoring me. After a few minutes, she talked to me, gave us our 10 dollars and even didn't apologize for it. Although the guy (the boss?) not seemed to be interested in guests. They have no drinking menu so you don't know the prices. On the photo you can see how other guests left their lunch table Bad experience! A visit is not the time worth it!

When my son and I came in there was only one couple at the bar. We sat down and they were happy to take our order, including a virgin mango drink for my son. As we finished our drinks and continued to wait an extraordinarily long time for our conch sandwich and grilled cheese, the boat taxi arrived and the place filled up. Only then did the proprietor inform me that my son was too young to sit at the "bar". Clearly he wanted us to make room for the new customers.

We watched as he ate three meals while ourselves and the other couple waited for our orders. My conch sandwich was the worst I've had on the island, as they threw in the rubbery "horns" as well.

In summary, not just bad service but blatant greed for tourist dollars. Do yourself a favor and have yourself a picnic on one of the many gorgeous and empty beaches instead.

It's a total tourist trap!!!!! One hour to get bad food in the low seasons ! The people at the awfully hot bar with any fan a line to get frozen fish or meat and drinks. Bahamians are the nicest people but at this place nobody smiles at you they just throw the food on e the counter on a plastic tray?!! Then you sit outside and you are surrounded but trash!!! This place was charming 10 years ago now the Co sh bar is closed after 2 pm because they run out of conch. People run after the rays without any warning that they could be super dangerous because they can sting you hard. Let's hope the whole island of Exuma won't become has awful as this former paradise !

If you're looking for a sweet place for drinks with friends, a chance to meet new people or a taste of island nature, come by the Chat and Chill. Wading in the ocean we were hanging out with stingrays and even spotted wild dolphins about 50 feet from us. With sunday pig roasts, loud music and a conch shack, this is the place to be!

Great atmosphere with a beautiful beach and the kids loved feeding and petting the sting rays. We had burgers, hot dogs, fish and drinks and all were pretty good. The bar was very crowded and they ran out of ice but it was a busy day in July. The cats around the restaurant and island were a fun addition and were very friendly.

We spent our first full day in exuma on stocking island. It was a blast! First we had conch salad on the beach which was super yummy. And if your looking for stingrays this is the place to go. They were all over even if you didn't have food to feed them they still came up to u!
all the drinks were delish! We then had the BBQ ribs which were extremely good! (We raise our own pork and are very picky about our ribs etc) but I'm telling you the ribs are amazing! Can't wait to go back this Sunday for the pig roast!

Sure, it's touristy, but the Chat and Chill is a great place to hang out and to meet other folks. We usually anchor right off the beach for most of the time we are here. It's also a great place to watch the Family Islands Regatta from. I still love the conchburgers and pretty much have to have one every time I go ashore.

I really liked this place. It has an awesome outside area with a lot of trees and places to sit. The view is amazing as well. We spent a few days just chilling at Chat n Chill for half a day. You can also feed stingrays and have absolutely delicious conch salad from raw conch! I highly recommend trying that salad. The only reason I'm giving this place 4 starts is because the drinks weren't that great and staff wasn't very friendly.

I loved the conch burger. The staff was great and the location can't be beat. I got to play some beach volleyball and even fed some stingrays while I was here. Great experience. Prices are a little high and service a touch slow, but that's expected for a place as popular as this.
