  Well where to start
  If I could give no stars I would.
  We dealt with a teller who really shouldn't have been there. Maybe a few more YEARS of training before being able to be at the front desk.
  The wait alone was 2+ hours before we got served.
  They could have had two new customers but the lack of professionalism just lost me.
  We were given incorrect information even after we stated numerous amounts of times that we were from the family island. And was in a rush to catch a flight mind you.
  The overall attitude of the bank was DEPLORABLE. Made us feel as if we were doing them a favor.
  I wouldn't recommend this bank to no one.

  In terms of customer service, more often than not you'll find tellers or customer service representatives who are curt when speaking to you and can be pretty disrespectful; sometimes you're given the impression that you are wasting their time

  Good location good security also spotted a nice tiled out wheelchair entrance which made a difference and service is exceptable!
