Worst after-sales service ever! I ordered a shower from Kohler to be sent to Governors Harbor, Bahamas. First, they could not tell me when the ship would be arriving and then they sent it to the wrong port. Due to their incompetence, I lost 10 days in renovations. Will consider legal actions.

I have never been to the store when they didn't have what I need! I work as a contractor lover on Andros Island and it is great and the staff is friendly. They can also deliver to the fast ferry.

Nice variety of tools and building/project supplies. Not a strictly hardware store, household items can be found here too. Staff is pretty knowledgeable and attentive.

The drive is out of my way, but i still make it when I need stuff. Their staff are really friendly. If you are looking for something and can't find it they take you there and place the item in your hand. If you are unsure about how to tackle a project you are working on around the house they are knowledgeable about about most handy or garden work that they can guide you in the right direction. Their prices are competitive on the vast majority of their items and if they aren't, they take the feedback and do something with it.
