Great atmosphere. Excellent Service. Conveniently Located. My Technician is Cindy and I've been seeing her for over a year for my hair removal services. I would recommend that you book well in advance as she books out very quickly.

Exceptional customer service! BahaRetreat did a complete 360 degree turn with my spa experience. I booked an Eminence Signature Organic Facial with Kenya. She was amazing from start to finish, going through each step and educating me on how best to care for my skin problems. She is very professional and knowledgeable about her field. I will definitely be booking future visits!

No overly high expectations but the service i had wasn't great. My polish was chipped before leaving while with tech, the polish didn't cover the entire nail, cuticles are still prevalent, rough/ fast maneuvering around feet and the body scrub was being rubbed either too far up the leg or massaged too hard as my skin felt as though it was going to tear. It didn't seem intentional but it is important that spa ask for feedback from their customers to improve their services.

Great spa! I have been coming here for years for all types of services: sugaring, manicure and pedicure, brow threading, lash tinting, and massage. Very professional and clean. Definitely make an appointment in advance. They book up fast.

I only go here because they offer a service that nobody else has. Most times the wait is too long. The staff is very polite and welcoming though.

A bit expensive but completely worth it. One gets friendly service with a smile. Very attentive to their clients, tailoring hair nails and skin care to each needs. I am home with them.:)

My esthetician was a bit inexperienced. She seemed a bit uptight and unsure. So I did not feel as relaxed or comfortable as I normally would be during my regular facials. I've also had better experiences at lower costs, don't think the service was worth the price I paid. It's a nice spa that offers a variety of services but definitely not the right pick for me.

I can always go inside to my appointment and get served within a 5minute window. The staff is super nice and makes me feel like I am more than just a customer. I am a regular customer!!!!!
