  Melonie or Melody (not sure of spelling) was a GREAT Agent. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She is an ASSET to Avis Rent A Car. I'll rent from them again.:)

  Great location, variety of cars. Was very confused driving on the left side of the road, but you get used to it

  We booked our rental through Expedia for Nassau Bahamas at the airport. There wasn't a long line. Service was okay. We got in and out fairly quickly. We got a suzuki swift. It wasn't in the best condition but served its purpose. Our car had roaches in it. 1 time I got out to check in to our hotel. When I came back to get our luggage a roach had climbed into my coffee mug. Another time my daughter found one in the back seat.

  OMG, arrived Nassau airport needing to rent a car and NONE were available except at Avis and they want sooooo much money for one day car rental. We were in a bind so accepted their offer of one day for $147 plus refill the gas but no collision insurance (cost a lot more). It's highway robbery! But the car was great, brand new, very efficient gas usage, and we were desperate

  3 hrs waiting outside on the Heat!! Waiting to get out Van after checking in.. Dropping off was easy ..
