Nice staff, nice hotel, decent location in SÃO Paulo. Just a note for other wheelchair users there is not much for restaurants near the hotel that’s accessible so you will need to Uber.

Achei o hotel muito confortável, com limpeza impecável e ainda disponibilizam junto ao sabonete um kit de escova de dente, pasta dental, touca, shampoo e condicionador. A localização é ótima e o bairro bonito! Tem uma estação do metrô perto, uma estação de ônibus, e ainda assim, consegui fazer tudo a pé! Desde ir à Av Paulista à visitar o Ibirapuera! Obs: caminhadas de cerca de 30 minutos!
