Tem gente que paga 65 reais e quer que o lugar seja igual ao fasano ai não né seus treteros. Vale muito o que se paga pela localidade atendimento. Se querem algo top paguem por algo top e vão reclamar na cochinchina

Ótimas acomodações,ótimo custo beneficio tem café da manha grátis e ate bom.
Perto de tudo em Ipanema

Lugar incrÃvel por si só, estando a uns 20 passos da Praia de Ipanema. Staff querido, bom café da manhã, perto de tudo. Ótima escolha!

EN: THEY HAVE NO SHAME.
PT: ELES NAO TEM VERGONHA.
I stayed at the suite of the hostel and I had to wait all the day to have one towel, and I still didn't had at the end of the night.
I tried a lot of times..
First one : oh, sorry can u wait 3 hours?
Second one (5hours later) : oh, sorry! i will do something for you.. wait just 10 minutes, please
Third one (15 minutes later) : Sorry, but we dont have towells anymore, just tomorrow morning!
Fourth one (my brazilian girlfriend went to finish with the problem, cause maybe was my accent) : No, we cant do anything! Towels are not include in our service, sorry
Fifth one (with the notebook and their website, with the part that says "roupa de cama e banho") : sorry, our website is not updated!
So, there was nothing we could do..
