LAMENTÁVEL QUE A EMPRESA NÃO TENHA CONTROLE INTERNO DAS FALHAS NA REDE DE ALTA EM ITAIPUAÇÚ. OU SÃO MUITO LENTO NAS INICIATIVAS DE REPARO.
DESDE QUE PUSERAM POSTES COM CONTROLE DE "CHIPS" NO TOPO PARA EVITAR GATOS QUE A REDE QUE PASSA EM ITAOCAIA VALLEY E TERMINA NA CAPITAO MELO (SERRA) ATÉ PRÓXIMO AO SÍTIO DAS EMAS QUE MAL CHOVE OU UM VENTINHO DE 15KM/h QUE O TRANSFORMADOR PRÓXIMO A ESSE LOCAL ESTOURA E ENTRA EM CURTO FAZENDO ENFRAQUECER A TENSÃO E SOMENTE APARELHOS EM STAND By FICAM ACESOS. APARELHOS TIPO FREEZER E GELADEIRAS DERRETEM E LIGA/DESLIGA PERMANENTE ATE QUEIMAR, PRINCIPALMENTE QUANDO ESTAMOS AUSENTES DAS RESIDÊNCIAS. SÓ EXISTE UMA SOLUÇÃO PRA MUDAR ISSO. É MANDAR INSISTENTEMENTE RECLAMAÇÕES PARA A "ANEEL" AGÊNCIA NACIONAL DE ENERGIA ELÉTRICA E DE PREFERÊNCIA COM O NÚMERO DO PROTOCO DA RECLAMAÇÃO. É ISSO PESSOAL.
