Decent hotel in Sao Paulo. Convenient to the WTC convention center. Rooms and bathrooms are quite dated and could use a refresh.

Walter the Argentine is a very friendly and attentive waiter, I was surprised by his knowledge about the beer industry in the world, his recommendations on several of them, which I have now enjoyed a lot in my travels. A very nice hotel and well located, business or rest, is a guarantee of placer

Lobby and event are nice and up to date. Rooms are probably due for a remodel soon, but clean and spacious. Bathrooms are nice and big with tub and shower separate. All staff are very considerate and friendly!

Staff are very nice and lobby is well updated. Room itself was also updated, but the bathroom was very old and is in dire need of a renovation.

Very small room and I could here the other rooms noise. There were no puller in the bathroom door. A lot of rust in the shower place. I stayed in the hotel for one night (June, 20th to 21th). I would not come back again.

Rooms need some serious updating. Door handle's finish is chipping off. Some moulds in the shower area. Carpets seem old.

Seems like lobby has been updated.

Staff very helpful (they were happy to take a room service order as I was making my way from the airport).

Bed is nice and comfortable.

Overall a convenient choice location wise. But somehow SPG has not done a great job here (and don't seem to have any more properties in Sao Paulo).

The room is tidied up daily. The water temperature is adjustable. The room is one of the largest room I have ever stayed in a hotel. It is bigger than the one I stayed in Sheraton Seattle. One minor issue is that the temperature did not appear to be working. In the end, I have to keep it off for most of the time. Even when it is turned off, some form of air conditioning was still running in the background.

This is a very nice hotel attached to the WTC event center. There is are plenty of food and shopping options on site. The staff is friendly and most are bilingual.

I am looking forward to my next trip here.

Nicest Sheraton I've ever stayed at. Rooms on Club Floor very unique and beautifully done. Nice breakfast. Will definitely stay again next visit to Sao Paulo.
