The hotel is great! It is located in Avenida Beira Mar and you can see the sea from your room. The price is high, but worth it!

The workers in the hotel are super friendly. The rooms are not 5 stars standard. If you expect a 5-star room you should probably choose another Hotel. The Hotel has a big plus. The rooftop pool and the gym are great. The view is amazing.

Ok. I will start with the good points. This is a very well located hotel. The personnel is extremely helpful. The food at the restaurant is very good and the breakfast is great. It is very clean and overall nice. The baby room in the last floor is a very nice addition and will help the parents a lot. It is a shame it closes at 22, so don't expect this facility if the baby wakes at night wanting milk. Now, for the bad parts. Most of it can be due my bad luck, but it may help others. First, the hotel don't have parking. It has a third part parking next to it, but it is small, so better call first and make a reservation for safety. Next, be prepared to wait. The check-in took us 1 hour. Want to eat at the restaurant? Another hour waiting for the food. Want something like a extra bath towel, another hour or two. Don't pick a large room (any finishing with 8). They have 2 air conditioner, and this mean two extra noise points inside the room, because the condenser are in the bathroom. To mention noise, know that the windows don't filter any noise. The beach is very crowded and it can be very noise at night, and if you have trouble to sleep this can disturb your vacations. Want a cradle on your room, forget it. Even if you place the request on the reservation, they will not be prepared for you when you arrive. They will try to help, but again, they will be very slow and this can disturb your vacations. Also, please check when you arrive at the room if you have all the remotes. They will take hours to get yours. Be prepared to be annoyed with the keys to. They use the magnetic type for both the elevator and the room door. It is impressive how it will not work when you try. You will be asking for new keys very often because probably it gets demagnetized easily. Placing a NFC here would be great for everyone. If the hotel is crowded, it will take hours for you to get the elevator because they have only 2. Little to do here. Lastly, it is a old hotel. It was reformed not long ago, so it is not so bad, buy you will notice in the details. If this annoys you it can be a trouble. For us it was ok. Don't take as I don't recommend this hotel. In fact, I would recommend, but for sure I would enfatize the points above so no one is taken by surprise.

I just met the Event area and I like it very much. They have a very good, large and confortable space for a Event with 100 People, the area is Good.
