The hotel was far from terminal 2 and the room was far from the reception. I wish the breakfast could start at 5am since a lot of people have early flights. Overall good hotel: fancy and clean. The rooms and the toilets were excellent.

Far away but inside the airport. Let 15 minutes to walk to embark area plus 15 more to walk to your gate. The hotel is good for one night, no more. But if you have an early flight,it will save you a dangerous night trip in the crime ridden linha vermelha or amarela.

Stay here only because I was denied boarding and had to wait 24 hours for the next flight. It's a nice airport hotel, nothing extraordinary. Expensive though - US$120 supposedly a special for the nightthat's almost 2x the price of a decent hotel a few blocks from Copacabana!

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I am currently at the hotel and somehow the key will not unlock the door. I have been waiting for over an hour for someone to unlock the door and there is no one here to help. My wife and I left our room I grab something to eat and our key will not work. Customer service is horrible. Requesting a full refund. A RS 425 a night hotel for NOTHING!

Very basic hotel, nothing exciting, food is not so great, rooms are all old, no windows in the rooms 😁
