Fiz a reserva pelo aplicativo em 11 de janeiro. Chegando ao local, em 25 de fevereiro, eles não localizaram minha reserva. Tinham somente um quartinho disponível, sem varanda (conforme minha reserva) e nenhuma janela. Pedi para me trocarem de quarto e, apesar de não ver uma pessoa no local, me disseram que era impossível pois estava tudo lotado. Liguei para o serviço de reservas para informar e o hotel simplesmente não os atendeu. Como não existiam mais hotéis vagos na região, tive que ir para outra cidade. Além de tudo, o hotel está passando por reformas, prepa-se para um pouco de barulho. Apesar dá alta nota do hotel, não recomendo que você frustre sua hospedagem indo para lá.

Very comfortable place. The rooms have big beds and everything you need. The breakfast is great, very well served. The place is nice, it has a old feeling to it due to the building being more than 100 years old. The only thing that I missed was dinner.

Excellent hotel. The room is too comfortable, there's a clean bathroom. The social area is nice, with a swimming pool.
