Big and comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. Shower is powerful. Employees very polite and helpful.

Clean, safe. However wish they had world channels In the rooms cable line up. Only Portuguese cable programs.

Not so great.. christmas dinner was horrible. The customer service was very unpolite without the basics "good morning", "welcome". On the other half, we had confortable beds, great room, but the problem was the customer service.

The staff is very nice and happy to deal with us not being able to speak much Portuguese. The rooms have a funny feature where you have to put your key card in a slot next to the door for pretty much any electrical component of the room to work, but it's not hard to get used to. Overall, nice place in a city that seems to have much lower quality expectations than the hotel.
