The place is peaceful. The food trucks around it offer good options for fast food junkies. They open most days from noonish till late at night and sundays from mid afternoon on. All food trucks offer sitting space, all outdoors- great in the summer- not so cozy in winter. Around the square you'll find a popular newsagent's ('Bocha'), a second hand book stand on the other (a little decrepit but great if you want to relax in the square and forgot to bring something to read, the books are really cheap), a bakery which also works long hours and a locksmith. The square in the itslef has seen better days. It's poorly looked after and maintained. Most of the playground utilities are broken- children use the adults' gym equipment to play instead. There are bathrooms but quite frankly they're impossible to use. The food trucks don't contribute much to keep the place clean. Still, the place retains its charm with its quiet atmosphere and flower trees. I find it a particularly soothing place to go on sunny Sunday afternoons.
