Took pluma from rio to iguazu, very old bus, did not have electricity as advertized, air-con was extremely cold and the driver refused to change it or allow passengers access to their luggage. Everyone was freezing. We saw buses from other companies on this route, and they were all much better. If you can, do yourself a favor and book another company instead of pluma
