  I've been using their services for over 10 years, and they've always gone the extra mile by understanding the purpose of each trip and proposing solutions (hotels, itineraries, etc.) accordingly, exceeding expectations. The rare cases of conflicts with service providers were always resolved promptly, without any problems or losses for me.

  I called this agency to get car rentals and some hotels. Prices offered by the establishment were one, and when paying, they were different. When questioning the values, he blamed the system.
  
  Regarding hotel reservations, remember that some hotels only offer "benefits" if you book directly on the establishment's website. Example: Some hotels offer parking included and the agency makes this advertisement as if it were a benefit linked to them, and when you get there, they say that it is not included because you didn't do it on the hotel's exclusive website.
  
  Use caution when doing business with this agency.
