Terrible attendance!! It took 3 and a half hours to do a bath and a haircut !! When she gave it to me, my dog told me that she was allergic to something!! I said I would see and then decide what I was going to do !! I paid for the service and left as I was in a bit of a hurry, I didn't realize how much she came home and itched!! The other day I realized how many huge fleas there were on her body!! I ran with her to the bath and removed everything from her body, she never had fleas, she lives in an apartment and has no contact with other dogs, my wife and I are always on the lookout for her not to get these pests, but anyway my wife called there the next day and the girl who answers it was extremely rude !! I will never step in front of this pet shop again!! Terrible place I do not recommend to anyone !!!

My experience with this pet was the worst possible, because my puppy Chow Chow, 5 months old, healthy, went to take a bath on 10/25/22, and 3 hours later I went to look for her there, when I saw her in the cage she was inerdi with a strong brand of fuzinheira and with a tight collar around the neck. When I took it off she couldn't walk anymore, I asked what she had told me she was tired, when I got home I had a bruised mouth and blood. I took it to the vet and she was hospitalized and in the morning I come to die. And so far I don't know what happened there, but the vet's reports said.
