É uma boa loja. Fui atrás de capacetes femininos e fui muito bem atendido pelo Uirá, que foi paciente e simpático. Os produtos de modo geral são bem mais caros, porém de boa qualidade. Possui estacionamento na frente.

Boa oferta de produtos (não é ótima, somente pela falta de estoque de mais modelos e tipos de produtos, como pneus e fita de guidao da marca), ótimo atendimento por telefone, revisão cara mas competente (finalmente alguém descobriu o problema que eu tinha nos freios), mecânicos com boa atitude.
Mas, como já disse, é cara. Conveniente. Mas, cara. Ainda vale trazer tudo de fora - exceto serviços. Se não fosse isso, seria 5 estrelas. Gostaria de apoiar mais essa loja local, além da revisão periódica.

Horrible service, the vendors lack knowledge and were not very polite. Came there with a bunch of friends, we all had the same impressions, we liked the quality of the equipment they had, but the attitude of the vendors made me decide not to buy there. After a few months I decided to give it a second chance and call there to ask if they had a Specialized Evade helmet, and once again the guy was unhelpful and rude if compared to the other stores I usually buy from and they didn't have the helmet anyway. That's strange, after all it's a Specialized specific store.
Very few stores in the city have the vast amount of high quality equipment the have, I would certainly buy there if it wasn't for the bad service.
