De uma maneira geral o hotel é muito bom, porém, passamos por alguns probleminhas. Ao chegar, entramos em um quarto com cheiro de cigarro, solicitamos a troca na recepção e deu tudo certo. Em seguida pedimos 2 pratos no restaurante: ravioli de muçarela de búfala e risoto de funghi. O ravioli veio com um desses molhos prontos e o recheio estava escuro, parecia funghi ao invés da mussarela de búfala e sem nenhum parmesão ralado pra pôr em cima. O risoto, além de muito sem graça, veio com muçarela ao invés de lascas de parmesão. Ligamos para reclamar e fomos muito bem atendidos, pedimos um omelete (que estava muito saboroso) e tivemos o reembolso da diferença dos outros pratos. Tirando isso, o hotel tem ótima localização, quarto muito bonito e bem arrumado, chuveiro, cama e travesseiros também muito bons.

I have been staying at this Mercure for many years and give it 5 stars mostly for the staff attentiveness, comfortable rooms with nice amenities and location. Lots of restaurants and shops within a block from the hotel. I grew up in this area, and unlike other parts of the Jardins, it is quiet at night

The hotel was nicely located, being near Avenida Paulista. Staff members were really kind! They always offered my friends and I many helpful tips and even prepared a welcome Caipirinha for us ;) Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was great and timely served.

Breakfast is ok and Room was large but the bathroom was not classy at all had a room for disabled without any bathroom furniture that might be why.
Next time I had a normal room where then bath room was OK.
