A decent hotel but not well situated and lacking in restaurants amenities and service

Bad WiFi service. Need log-on using browser everytime. Poor reception service. When I requested something, they give me Mercure Name-Card and said how about write e-mail. (What the) I did but got no reply still now. Good for valet service but narrow front door area and hard to self-parking so always stucked when commuting. If you try to find business hotel, please find another one. Here really annoying for long-stay.
