Staff prepared to attend in different languages, understanding and attentive. Old building and renovated, facilities are of quality and meet the needs. Clean, air-conditioned environment and a menu with several options, as well as room service.

Not the most positive of experiences. Centrally located European type hotel. Place doesn't have an iron, maid service was not performed, even after asking for it, room heating/cooling not working properly, no onsite laundry. At first I thought our problems were due to a language barrier, but I was wrong. On a positive note, when we checked in the evening bell hop/ security guy was very professional and set a high standard this hotel can never achieve. Not recommended.
