The hotel is nice. The rooms are cosy and clean. They are offering coffee and biscuits all the time at the lobby bar. I like it.

Although its advantage of location I would not recommend here due to lack of service.
Good location, right in front of the main bus station which has many lines to other cities. Room was clean and tidy.
Don’t know how many times I’d been to a reception. Had problems with staff and room key. He gave me a card key for a room in 8th floor. When I tried to open the door, the key didn’t work. Double-checked the room number and it was right there but naked old man came out from the room and said something in Spanish. What a embarrassing moment! I went back to desk explaining and asking for another room. But staff didn’t explained why someone was in there. Anyway, new card key I got for another room didn’t work neither and I obviously got so upset cause I had big luggages with me to carry on. Who wants to pay 70usd for such service?response / report this review -

During my days over there they were on renovation, the breakfast place probably was in a different place than usual. Horrible breakfast, just the basics, very so so. The coffee was one of the worsts I have ever had. On the other hand the room was very clean and cosy, nice bed, ac. Could have more tv channels to watch. The only problem with the rooms is that a few of them are twins (they have a door that connects two rooms internally), and this door is waaaay to thin. My neighbor woke up 6am almost every day and put his Playlist to sing along (the good part of it I had my on personal alarm haha).
The staff is very nice and always prompted to help. If you only need a bed to sleep for a budget price I would definitely recommend the stay.response / report this review -

It's conveniently located next to the central bus station, so once you get the city layout you can go everywhere from there. The rooms are comfy and the personnel are very hospitable. I loved to put my feet in the swimming pool at the end of a walk-heavy day. Some portions of the building are still going through renovation, so you can expect to see unfinished walls here and there, and there's only one elevator for the time being, which is kind of a bummer if you're in a hurry to go up or down since it can take a while. Despite these details, I had a very pleasant stay in the hotel.

Its right now under construction and not a really pretty place to be. As it is directly at the rodoviária, its easy to get downtown, but the surrounding area has nothing to offer. The staff is very kind and speaks several languages, that makes it very comfortable and easy. The new refurbished rooms are nice, clean and modern. Wi-Fi is in the entire house available.

I would definitely recommend this Hotel if you are planning to go visit Iguassu, not only the amazing localization and the accommodation. They will take care of you to go on all the best touristic places like Iguassu Falls, Paraguay, Argentina and ITAIPU
