One of the most beautiful places to visit in Foz do Iguaçu.
I recommend every one to go on the Special Visit to see the engines working and to see the inside of the giant Dam walls, it's way better than going on the simples outside tour (Panoramic visit)
The Special Tour actually continues on the same place as the Panoramic Tour goes, so for a very difference in prices, GO ON THE SPECIAL VISIT.

Very well organized attraction, from the reception, bus tours until the end. One of the few Brazilian tourist places with an international level of quality in my opinion.

It's a fantastic visit. The night tour with the light show is not worth it at all. The special tour to the inner part of the building is totally recommendable.
Not five stars because it's pretty pricey and the Night tour sucks

It is very impressive. But the photo's and videos can't show you how impressive it ist. You have to experience it for your self. Specially at night show its just the best.

Impressive engineering! Book the special tour and go inside to feel it vibrate! You will be in Brazil and Paraguay. If you stay in Argentina you can go to three countries in one day ;)

Nice experience but it's expensive!! We paid 90 reais for two people (30 dollars total). Not worth the price. Also the bars sell expensive food inside.

Got here and annoying sales/'help' staff tries to cross sell you stuff wasting valuable time to line up to get the tickets.
We did the Panoramic Tour which was uninteresting, and lots of lining up to get on the buses.
The guide is probably entertaining but for not Portuguese speakers we got very little information. The English audio guide on the bus worked on the first bus to get to the view points, but on the second bus it was all static, so we could not listen to any of the information as it toured through the Dam wall.
I heard the Full Tour is better but when we got here at 10:30am it was already all booked up, so book up advance if you plan to go.

Awesome experience getting to tour the heart of the world's largest hydroelectric plant by energy produced! I got to visit on the day they broke the 100 million MWh in a year mark, crazy cool! You actually get to go into the dam portion, down to the turbine hall, and then even further down to the see the actual turbine shaft in motion!
