Staff really nice but speak limited English. Very central and convenient to the nearest metro station Cinelandia. Room was clean, and nice breakfast. Very good coffee !

Hotel is in the center of Rio, bit in a very dirty and dangerous place! The hotel and rooms are soooo old! The equipment from the years 50-sthe plastic glasses in the restaurant The speak only portugal! It's a shame for a 4 star hôtel!! It's more 1-2 stars hôtel

Its a very beautiful hotel in the inside and i have spended a confort and nice stay. The workers are very professionals and it is in an exelent place on Centro, an important place in Rio. The room is clean and cozy as the bathroom. It is close to bars and to cultural points.

Very old and very dated. The hotel pictures are deceiving. Rooms are the smallest of any hotel I have stayed in. The bed's mattresses are plastic and rough. The sheets have been washed so many times they are practically see-through. They make you pay in full upfront that way they don't have to give you a refund when you decide to leave. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. This place needs a remodel and quickly.

O quarto é bem decorado e confortavel. O banheiro tambem é bem agradavel. O ambiente do café da manhã é a nelhor parte: alem de bem decorado os funcionarios são prestativos. Nao gostei da vista (nenhuma) e o wifi nao entrou.

Muy buena atención, buena ubicación, desayuno completísimo y muy rico (también ofrecen almuerzos y cenas). Si bien solo 1 persona hablaba español todo el personal siempre estuvo atento a ayudarnos con lo que necesitamos con la mejor predisposición. Cerca de la catedral, arcos de lapa, escalera de selaron. Habitaciones pequeñas pero cómodas y limpias. Ascensor moderno.
