I've been in this place and I've gotta engaged there. It was an incredible experience, the staff really care about their customers and make any effort to ensure everything is ok. Also, the apartments and the hall area are very clean, warm and confortable ;)
I can't forget to mention that you just need to across a street to be in the sea, and it is possible to see the sea from the window of your room. Hope to be there soon again :)response / report this review -

Hotel is located in a nice area, in front of a nice beach, service is also ok. But rooms need improvement. The walls in some rooms are dirty. Internet in some rooms are also very slow, making it unpractical. Breakfast also could be better, good options but baked goods don't taste fresh.

Great apart-hotel. Somewhat distant from downtown, which I think is positive because it makes it very quiet. You only hear the beach waves. Atencious employees.

The location of the hotel is really good. In front of a nice and beautiful beach. It also have beautiful swimming pool area. But found the rooms to be very downscale. Bathroom has some bad smell and curtains don't really block the sun light. Didn't find it to be a cozy hotel.

Ótima localização na praia do forte, muito aconchegante, café da manhã muito bom, é mais para um apart hotel, tem geladeira, fogão e micro - ondas e armários, muito bem feito. Sai do Rio de Janeiro para conhecer a região dos lagos e não aluguei nada antecipadamente, não tive muitas opções e acabei hospedando no Mandai , achei que eles me exploraram por uma diária apenas, foi um demora para ele me dar o preço, ligava p um, ligava para outro e assim me passou o valor de 550+10 porcento, achei uma exploração, mas o hotel é muito bonito e bem arrumado

Hotel is just OK. Acoust isolation could be better, you can hear some noises from corridors. Nice interior of the room, comfortable. Food is just OK.
