A very crisp feeling from start to end. Very friendly staff with a professional air to their movement. The hotel is near the city centre and within walking distance to very good restaurants and other city sites. The hotel's restaurant serves a limited variety of food but nonetheless of very good quality. There is also a gift shop with many options of craft beer and some handicraft. The room was very comfortable - much like the first time I stayed here. The bathroom and overall room was very clean and well laid out. This was my second stay and I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Teresopolis.

Nice hotel, good location, kind recepcionists and room was clean and tidy. Refrigerator drinks and snacks are extremely expensive, almost 10 reais (3 dollars) for a tiny chocolate bar. 7 reais for a 200ml bottle of water. They should charge a fair price for the snacks instead of trying to profit the most.
