Accomodations nice but the service lacked. We stayed 6 days and the room was cleaned once. We had to run after towels. They ran out of silverware at several meals. I wouldn't stay there again.

The hotel is very nice! Rooms are confortable and breakfast has a great variety of food, including some local options. The swimming pool is also great! It's near the city centre, but there is nothing close enough to go on foot. We had some serious trouble with the wifi connection, that wouldn't work for 3 days, but we could use it in the last day of the trip. Shower could be better.

Good hotel. A little far from the center of town. Breakfast selection is good. Very friendly and accommodating staff, needed the room to be changed and Diego at the front desk was very helpful in changing the room.

Very nice hotel for a good price, big, clean perfect room and bathroom, nice pool and fitnesscenter on the rooftop, perfect breakfast.
- no wifi worked at rooftop and pool area
- mosquitoes in the 'hot' lobby waiting area in evening, the air condition should work better there.

Good rooms, intercity Standart. The TV could be better, channels are low resolution. I haven't visit the pool or the gym, but I know they have it.

Everything is really find; the only issue is that the air conditioning takes a really long time to cool down the rooms. Otherwise, it's a 5-star hotel to me. Recommended.

Great hotel for the price. The staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of food. Pool area needs some work as things are breaking and old, but still a great view of the city. Room was clean and spacious.
