Great service And rooms
Nice hotel. Breakfast worth the money
Rooms in Ibis are exactly the same at every city, so you can trust that. This one in Paulista Av. has a bar with drinking spirits at the entrance, plus the paid breakfast is great, including a cappuccino machine. There's also kids space and a pool table.
Hotel ibis looks very nice from the outside but the rooms are plain and uninviting. Bathroom was dated.
I will not stay here again.
Only real benefit was the excellent location on Avenue Paulista.
All you can eat buffet during lunch time. Great food. Great desserts and good service.
Efficient reception staff. Very accommodating with personal requirements. First class breakfast and evening meal (i cannot comment on lunch) at very reasonable prices. Efficient check out. All in all an enjoyable experience .
I had not stayed at a hotel in Sao Paulo since 2015. Despite this, several members of staff in the restaurant and bar remembered me and greeted me warmly.
Located very close to a subway station, in the commercial heart of the city. The staff is kind, but some of them can't speak English fluently. Not a big problem anyway
The Ibis experience in one of the best located hotels in São Paulo. At the end of the most cosmopolitan street of Brazil, a few steps away from the subway and walking distance from the hip neighborhood of Jardins, the Ibis Paulista is an excellent option for those who don't want to be waiting for a taxi driver to do everything. The hotel does provide a breakfast option, but being so close to so many awesome brunch options, I'd recommend going outside and living the city.
I not understand why a hostel like Ibis don't have option for rooms with two beds. When I made my reserve I couldn't understand this important detail. The website is not so clear with this information.
I arrived late in the hotel, so I asked some food deliver service. When the food arrived, I tried to use the restaurant space to eat, but I was surprised by the attendant that sayed that I couldnt use the space to eat. Such a terrible experience.
Instead of promote facilities and good experiences to guest, Ibis has a mediocre service. Next time I'll considere airbnb or other hostels.
Nice , clean centrally located hotel. However walls are super thin and you can hear people in the other room. Professional staff but difficult to find someone who speaks English. To be fair though this is an issue in Brazil if you don't speak PortugueseTough luck.
I am not sure why I received this survey as I did not even stay at this hotel. I had booked this hotel for April 4 to 11 however when I found out that I would need to cancel my trip to Brazil this hotel was not willing to refund my FULL payment or give me a credit note to use at another hotel.
Rather than cancel my reservation so that you could keep my money and then also rebook the room to make more money I decided to just let the reservation stay.
If the fact that I received this survey is any indication of the efficiency of the hotel I am glad I did not stay there
Great place to enjoy São Paulo whether It be tourism or the business. The rooms are confortable, bright and clear. The price is affordable in a great location.
