  Excellent Ibis. Belém is a bit of a madhouse, and the hotel was a clean oasis with a super friendly staff, some who spoke English, which was beyond the call of duty They even made me a dietetic capirinha with aspartame instead of sugar. My first night in Brazil and I felt welcome.

  The room is clean, but poor for shampoo and soap (very bad ones).
  
  The airconditioning is too noisy for sleeping.
