Room had cracks in the walls, no doors on robe, air conditioner couldn't cool the room, noisy plumbing, bathroom smelt mouldy. Tried to get a room change but told 'nothing available' when place felt abandoned. Avoid.

Edit: on early checkout due to the above, turns out they did have other rooms available, and wanted to upgrade us. When pressed why there was a difference now, he was going to give us somebody else's booked room! This seemed wrong to me, and confirmed leaving as the right choice.

This place was great. It was 4 blocks from the bus terminal which takes you to and from the airport, the falls, and city center. It's high rise gives stunning views of the city while it's pool and staff are very accommodating. Their front desk staff are superb. I've managed for Hilton for many years and have never had a desk staff suggest anything other than a taxi to get around so it was nice when it was suggested that to get to the falls was "very simple, you can just take bus 120 and it will take you straight there at a much less expensive rate than the taxi and is much more enjoyable". The only reason I did not rate it 5 stars is because it is in need of renovations which are currently underway so our next trip may be a 5 star experience :-)
