I thought this was a 4-star hotel but after staying there few days at best I could give it a three star the television only had a few channels and most of all the channels had no volume and no CNN the breakfast was marginal I've had better at McDonald's lots of construction going on at 6 in the morning so you could not sleep in not one of the employees at the desk spoke any English I would not stay there again

Já fiquei várias vezes nessa hotel. Eu e minha família gostamos muito. Os atendentes são atenciosos e prestativos.
O café da manhã muito bom e a limpeza dos quartos excelentes.por fim hotel muito bom , recomendamos.response / report this review -

Decepcao!!!! Ao chegar nos deram um quarto horrivel e com cheiro d mofo,mas reclamamos e foi substituido.o elevador demorado e com gente ficando presa,fumcionarios alguns simpaticos outros nem olhavam p sua cara( em especial uma funcionaria com uniforme listado) pela arrogancia deve ser a dona. Mas as meninas da limpesa sao otimas. Banheiro antigo, tv d tubo( sem comentarios) o suco do cafe e artificialnao trocaram a roupa d cama,estacionento pagoem fim. Frustracao

No hay buena atención, los baños no tienen jabón, shampoo y secador.
La habitación se activa con una tarjeta y cuando te vas y retiras la tarjeta queda sin luz y todo lo de la heladera caliente. . Un horrorresponse / report this review -
