Staff is friendly and attendfull, lobby and corridors are beautiful and clean. Rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Breakfast is very good, very extensive. The next time I will go to Petrópolis, I will take this hotel again. Highly recommended! 5 stars well deserved!

The hotel is very well located. It is old on the outside but renovated and modern inside. The restaurant is great, service was good. I recommend it.

I really enjoyed the hotel. The front desk is helpful, the vallet service (parking) works extremely well and the driver (Mr Wilson) is very attentive. The quality of the dinner and the service is very good. The average price of the dishes is $ 55.00. The building is very well maintained and clean. The rooms are good, comfortable and pleasant. One detail that caught my attention was the expiration date of opening (use) of the olive oil in the restaurant. Breakfast with very good service, variety and quality. Only point of attention: avoid the rooms that are next to the restaurant due to the noises of tables and chairs. This hotel I will stay again!

Not a good cost/benefit hotel. The room I stayed was small an simple and when I visited the place they were having a big mosquitos issue.
